Client Services Manager (Hollywood)

This position is full-time with minimum required hours of work from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.  We offer an onboarding program and a generous compensation plan that is specifically designed to reward results and support individual and corporate growth. Compensation is commensurate with experience.  Upon successfully completing the mandatory 90-day probationary period, the opportunity for medical and dental insurance coverage will be offered, in addition to retirement benefits with significant company contributions after one year of employment.

Appointment Setter (Hollywood)

Conveniently located just west of I-95 in Hollywood, Florida, we are currently seeking experienced, passionate, and persuasive individuals to schedule qualified sales calls with decision makers for our sales representatives.  Job responsibilities include:  acquiring and maintaining a thorough knowledge of our marketing programs and components, hunting for and receiving leads, identifying the key decision maker within the organization, obtaining the correct contact information for key decision makers, communicating professionally and effectively with prospective clients, securing appointments, utilizing customer relationship management software to enter information, and ethically representing the corporate mission at all times.  Applicants must be very comfortable speaking with high-level decision makers at large and prestigious organizations.  Our marketing programs are focused on the women’s market, and all sales calls are B2B.  This is not a telemarketing position.

This position is full-time with required hours of work from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.  No weekend hours are necessary. We offer an onboarding program with a generous compensation plan that is specifically designed to reward results and support the individual growth of our employees and our company.  A successful individual in this role will earn between $40,000 and $60,000 in total annual compensation.  Additionally, after successfully completing the mandatory 90-day probationary period, the opportunity for medical and dental insurance coverage will be offered, in addition to retirement benefits with significant company contributions after one year of employment.  

Attributes of a successful applicant will include:  prior outbound B2B phone sales and/or appointment setting experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a proficiency for independently managing and organizing leads, online research experience, moderate computer skills including usage of Microsoft Outlook, a self-motivated and positive disposition, a strong work ethic, good organizational skills, attention to detail, a willingness to learn and work well with others, and the ability to meet deadlines and quotas, multitask, and thrive efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in business development and working with customer relationship management tools is preferred but not required.  This position is ideal for those individuals who are looking for work-life balance and enjoy working in a family-oriented and rewarding environment.
