A WestJet Christmas Surprise: Exceeding Customer Expectations
As a female consumer, the only thing we want more than a good deal is a great shopping experience and these days those are scarce- at best. It's times like these that we like to highlight brands that have gone above and beyond.
WestJet, a low-cost Canadian carrier has exceeded all expectations from their travelers on one particular flight this season! This is a true story of being innovative and sending consumers a heartfelt message of warmth and good-doing. And while there are always nay-sayers who will scream that this was a publicity stunt, I'd like to remind those individuals that if we were to shun every business, brand or celebrity that did a good deed then we would only be discouraging brands from trying to step up to the level of customer service we consumer deserve. Plus, aren't a few good deeds that make people happy, instill the love of the holiday season, and warm your heart better than none? So in the spirit of the holiday season, we would like to applaud WestJet on a job well done!
